The 2010 AGM took place on Monday 10th May at 6.30 p.m. at the Cobham Centre for Retired People, Oakdene Road, Cobham, KT11 2LY.

As this was the first AGM of the new charitable company, all the trustees (who are also the directors of the company) had to submit themselves for re-election.

The following were unanimously re-elected: Pat Budge (Chair), Christine Andrews (Vice-Chair), Robert Fulton (Treasurer), and Jill Ainsworth.
